Material Handling
Our plant is serviced with one 15 ton overhead crane, one 10-ton overhead crane,
two 5- ton overhead cranes, two 7- 1/2 ton forklifts. and one 2 ton forklift.
Polishing Equipment
Four plate finishers , three reciprocating plate and bar machines, one OD pipe polisher,
one 72” buff machine,four tank head polishers and specialized hand polishing equipment.

Sheets
P & C can handle plate sizes up to 72” wide and 20 feet long. Gauges 28 ga to
7ga cross grain 144” up to 40 feet long gauges 16ga to 7ga.
Bars Angles & Tubular
One side inside outside or all over.
Cylinders
Inside and outside finishing 12 feet diameter and 80 feet long.
Pipe
Inside must be at least 1-1/8” diameter by no maximum diameter or length.
Tank Heads:
Finishing ID and OD diameter up to 20 feet long weld caps id and od Types of heads, asme, f & D, 2:l elliptical and standard F & D flanged only, dished only, conical and hemisphere. Also head segments.

Protective Materials
Tapes include, clear, white, black & white, laser pvc or any type or brand you request
346 heavy paper also.
Tape Machine
For up to 48” wide plate and wide sheet manually applied. We also provide TAPE ONLY
services.
Finishes
#3, #4 and #7 60 grit 240 grit 320 grit time saving or any finish you request abrasively
polished with sample you provide or we provide surface analyzers used to certify
finishes.
Pipe fittings
Id & od valves and bodies 45 deg elbows and 90’s no maximum width or diameter.
